Troy Earl Caudill passed away in Holdenville on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at the age of 64 years.
Troy was the son of Everett Troy Caudill & Beulah Mae (Merriman) Caudill, born on July 13, 1949, in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He was brought up and attended schools in Holdenville and, with the exception of a few years spent in California, Holdenville was his lifelong home.
Troy worked as a house painter with his brother, Dave. He loved furniture, especially antiques, and had extensive knowledge of furniture styles, eras, designers and creators. He loved playing guitar, and was an exceptionally talented musician. Due to failing health, he was a resident of Elmwood Nursing Home in Wewoka for the past several months.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Everett & Beulah Caudill, and one brother, Jerry Caudill.
He is survived by one daughter, Michelle Baldwin, and two grandchildren, Jason and Jasmine, all of Anson, Texas; one brother, Dave Caudill of Holdenville, and one sister, Sandra Bradley of Springfield, Missouri; several aunts, including Joyce Brinlee and husband Gary of Holdenville; three nieces: Mindy Sue Avery of Holdenville, Cara Cox of Ohio, and Chaileah Caudill of Tulsa; three nephews: Russell Caudill, Jerry Dale Caudill, and Jimmy Caudill, all of Tulsa; several cousins, including Renee Foster and Jamie Caudill; numerous other relatives, and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Home's Lillye Chapel, with Michael Hamilton officiating.
