Tommy Joe Streater passed away in Ada, Oklahoma on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the age of 62 years.

Tommy is the son of Haskell Ray Streater & Naomi Lee Trimble, born on April 24, 1963, in Wewoka, Oklahoma, where he was brought up and attended schools. He graduated Wewoka High School and worked as a roughneck in the oil field until injury forced him to retire. He enjoyed hanging out with his grandchildren and selling vegetables from the garden.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by one daughter, Amanda Streater of Wewoka; three sons: John Streater (Gina), Terrance Sanders, and Tommy Streater Jr, all of Wewoka; seven grandchildren: Randy Streater, Zoey Streater, Olivia Drawbaugh, Jagger Streater, Jocelyn Streater, Chase Lockett, and Kaleb Sanders; other family members and many friends.

The family held memorial services at First Church of God in Holdenville at 2:00pm on Friday, May 9, 2025.
