Tiffany Renee Yahola was born on October 18, 2000, in Bullhead, Arizona, the daughter of Joseph Yahola and Laverne Wolf. She was brought up in Holdenville, Oklahoma, and was in the 6th grade at Thomas Elementary School in Holdenville. Tiffany enjoyed texting and computers, and she loved hanging out with friends. She departed this life too soon, on Sunday, November 17, 2013, in an auto accident just outside Holdenville, one month after her 13th birthday. She will be missed.
Tiffany is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Robert Wolf Jr., her paternal grandfather, Amos Yahola Sr., and two uncles, Andrew Jackson Yahola Jr. and Ramon Wolf.
She is survived by her mother, Laverne Wolf, of the home, and her father, Joseph Yahola of Wetumka; two sisters, Elizabeth Yahola and Emily Yahola, both of Wetumka, and two brothers, Joseph Yahola and Jared Yahola, both of Holdenville; her maternal grandmother, Ramona Footracer and husband Fred, and her paternal grandmother, Linda Harjo and husband Pete, all of Holdenville; seven aunts: Lucy Castillo of Holdenville, Michelle Watashe and husband Sly of Tulsa, Roberta Bear and husband James of Holdenville, Melinda Yahola and Kerri Yahola, both of Wetumka, Minnie Yahola of Holdenville, and Susie Yahola of McLoud; four uncles: Robby Wolf and Kaylon Wolf, both of Lawton, Terry Yahola of Arizona, and Frank Yahola of Tulsa; one niece, Natalie Yahola of Lawton; numerous other relatives, and many friends.
Viewing and visitation hours will be Wednesday, November 20, from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm and Thursday, November 21, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
There will be a wake service Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Home's Lillye Chapel. Following the wake service, refreshments will be served at the Creek Nation Community Center on East Poplar Street.
Procession from the funeral home to the Spring Baptist Church will be on Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be at Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa on Friday, November 22, 2013, 2:00 p.m., and Tiffany will be laid to rest in the Stewart-Davis Cemetery in Sasakwa. Rev. Houston Tiger is the officiating minister. Pallbearers are Vincent Wolf, Sylvester Watashe, Robby Wolf, Stephen Harjo, Frankie Yahola, and Austin Culberson. Honorary pallbearers are Wesley Wolf, Anthony McGirt Jr., Bennie Fish, and Frank Yahola.
