Junior was a good mechanic and loved working on cars. He had a great sense of humor, and loved telling jokes. He enjoyed watching Westerns on TV, and he loved the life of a real cowboy. His favorite things were boots, jeans, and hat, and riding horses with his friend, Glen Lowe.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tom & Willa Mae Harris; his wife of 28 years, Linda (Moore) Brown, on April 7, 2008; three grandchildren: Kalisha Brown, Brian Pierce, and Daesha Ayers Blanton; sister Sally Harris and brother Charles Brown.
