Thomas Wylie Allen passed away in Holdenville on Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at the age of 64 years.

Tommy was the son of Jesse James Allen & Della (O'Neal) Allen, born on January 19, 1948, in Florence, Arizona. His family followed several harvests, and he was brought up in Arizona, the Taft and Modesto area of California, and various places in Oklahoma. He was drafted into the U.S. Army and served five years, most of them in Vietnam. He was a cross-country truck driver for 43 years before retiring in 2007. He loved riding motorcycles and fishing, especially fishing with his mother.

He is preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Della & Ray Coats, and one brother, Bobby Allen.

He is survived by his sister, Vicky Edwards, of the home; two sons, Tommy R. Allen of Holdenville and Jimmy Allen of California, and one daughter, Nicole Johnson of California; six grandchildren; one aunt, Peggy Brewer of Holdenville; close friends Jack & Tammy Crouse and Steve Carter, all of Holdenville; various other relatives and many friends.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Home's Lillye Chapel.
