Sandra Louise 'Lucy' Farbes McMullen passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Saturday, January 9, 2016, at the age of 54 years.

Lucy was the daughter of Robert Farbes & Virginia Sanders, born on December 2, 1961, in Bristow, Oklahoma. She was brought up and attended schools in Oklahoma City, and graduated Southeast Classen High School in 1980. She enjoyed participating in Track & Field, but her favorite subject was Home Economics. She learned sewing, and it became a favorite hobby.

Lucy spent most of her younger years in Oklahoma City before moving to Holdenville, where she raised her three children, James, Tawanna, and Nyeisha. Except for a few years living in Wewoka, Holdenville has been her home since 1990. She loved music, and loved taking walks.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Farbes and Virginia Sanders.

She is survived by one son, James Jones III, of Holdenville; two daughters, Tawanna Jones of Holdenville and Nyeisha Jones of Ada; thirteen grandchildren: Kevin, Keenan, Tracelie, Jasmine, Jayda, Jordyn, Lajayla, Janelle, Jaslyn, Jacee, Tia, Manuel, Mikayla; one sister, Teresa Warrior of Holdenville; two brothers, Wayne Lewis of Okemah and Richard Farbes of Holdenville; two extended brothers, Robert Pearson of Oklahoma City and Leon Jackson of Wewoka; many nieces and nephews, including nieces Shalanda Orange, Stacy Ramsey, and nephew Jesse Ramsey; various other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 16, 2016, 2:00 p.m. at the Nazarene Church in Holdenville, and Lucy was laid to rest in the Shiloh Cemetery east of Holdenville. Rev. Willie Guient was the officiating minister.
