Ronnie was the son of Marshall Lee Justice & Bonnie (Hudson) Justice. He was born on April 2, 1941, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, where he was brought up and attended schools. He was very active in various school activities, particularly football and basketball, and graduated Holdenville High School with the Class of 1959. Following graduation he attended OSU Okmulgee Tech and studied Drafting.

He married June Garibaldi on October 27, 1972, in Oklahoma City. He worked as a surveyor for the State of Oklahoma, and later as a draftsman for Benham & Blair in Oklahoma City. They moved to Holdenville in 1977, where Ronnie owned and operated the Justice Shop, a small engine sales and service business, from 1977 until he retired in 2009.

Ronnie thoroughly enjoyed life, and pursued many and varied interests. He taught Small Engine Repair at Wes Watkins Technological Center. He spent considerable time teaching Small Engine Repair and Horticulture to inmates at Earl Davis Correctional Facility, and also coached many basketball and softball tournaments there. He was an avid basketball and softball player, and a big fan of the Thunder and the Sooners. Some of his favorite things were restoring old cars and pickups (especially classic cars), doing yard work, and riding his tractor brush hogging on his farm. He loved golfing and riding his motorcycle. He loved the company of a host of friends, including old buddies from high school, and also cherished the time spent with his beloved one-eyed dog, Chico, who was always with him.
