Robert Turner Altstatt Crow passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013, in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He was born December 24, 1954, in San Diego, California. Rob attended school in southern California and at the age of 18 joined the U.S. Army, where he served one term at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Rob spent the rest of his life doing what he loved: playing music. It was truly his passion. He loved his brothers, music, and fishing more than anything in the world.
Rob was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Crow & Barbara Lively, both of Holdenville, Oklahoma.
Survivors include one son, John Gibson and wife Lesha, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Chance and Corbin; two brothers, Vic and Jeffery Crow of Holdenville, one sister, CindyTadlock of Oklahoma City, and one sister-in-law, Holly Cross of Holdenville; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
There will be a memorial service at Harvest Time Tabernacle on Saturday, November 23, 2013, 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jim Freeman officiating. Dinner will be served for family and friends at 1:00 p.m. prior to services.
