Obituary

Ralph Leonard Fisher passed away at his home in Okmulgee on Saturday, January 25, 2014, at the age of 77 years.

Ralph was the son of Henry N. Fisher & Delta (Casey) Fisher, born on May 26, 1936, in Bowlegs, Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He married Shirley M. Springer in November, 1957, and later married Clara F. Crow on May 26, 1968. He loved quilting, pen making, visiting with his grandchildren, and Friday the dog.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry & Delta Fisher; his first wife, Shirley; his son, Michael E. Fisher, and daughter, Johnnie Sue Fisher Ayers; his daughter-in-law Sheila Crow; his brother Don L. Fisher.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Clara; six sons: Ralph L. Fisher Jr. and wife Cory, Don E. Fisher, E. I. Fisher, Darrell R. Crow and wife Mellissa, Brian C. Crow and wife Raamya, David W. Crow and wife Joy, and Henry N. Fisher II; one daughter, Tommie M. Fisher Center and husband Kevin; twenty-five grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren; three sisters and one brother: Frances Masuda, Nancy Wright, Susan Kirshner, and John Fisher; nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, too numerous to mention by name; other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, January 27, 2014, 4:00 p.m. at World Outreach Center of Okmulgee, with Pastor John Fisher officiating. Pallbearers are Ralph's sons: Ralph Fisher Jr., Don Fisher, E. I. Fisher, Darrell Crow, Brian Crow, David Crow, and Henry Fisher II.

Ralph will be laid to rest in the Tate Mountain Cemetery at Wewoka on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, 2:00 p.m.
