Paul Eric "Pock" Tillery passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 62 years.
Pock was born on June 20,1962 in Oklahoma City to Robert Tillery & Clarice Willie (Robison) Tillery. He was brought up and attended schools in Yeager and Holdenville. He worked extensively in the oilfield and pipelining until a disabling injury forced him to retire. He loved spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephews who affectionately called him "Uncle Pocky". He particularly enjoyed taking them along with him fishing and noodling, his favorite pastime that he loved.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Clarice Tillery; three brothers: infant Jimmy Dewayne Tillery, Clifton Wade Tillery, and Robert David Tillery; granddaughter Kyla Drozd, and great-nephew Kaden Dewayne Johnson.
He is survived by two sons, Eric Tillery of LaGrange, Texas and Dusty Stephens of Kansas; one brother, Allen Tillery and wife Nancy, of Wetumka; half-brother Timothy Tillery of Beaumont, Texas; his beloved grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other family members, and friends.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, 10:30am at Fisher Funeral Home-Lillye Chapel. Paul was laid to rest at Yeager Cemetery with Bert Robison officiating. Pallbearers were Randy Cook, Wade Bagwell, and Paul's nephews and great nephews. Everyone was invited to a dinner at the Yeager community building following the committal service.
