Patricia Ann Lowe passed away in Oklahoma City on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the age of 70 years.

Patricia is the daughter of James Larney & Amy Jo (Powell) Larney, born on November 13, 1954, in Holdenville, Oklahoma. She was brought up and attended schools in the Yeager community, and graduated Yeager High School with the Class of 1972.  She attended Seminole Jr. College and then worked for a while at Heritage Nursing Center in Holdenville before returning to school at Wes Watkins Vo Tech in Wetumka. Following completion of that course, she was employed in the Medical Records Department of the Creek Nation Hospital in Okemah. She retired in 2018 and enjoyed cooking, going to casinos, and most of all spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James & Amy Jo Larney; son Christopher McGirt; granddaughter Meske Hicks; two brothers Edwin Robert Larney and Amon Deere; niece Jennifer Jesse; and nephew Billy Joe McLemore.
She is survived by four children: Christy Corona of Oklahoma City, Nicholas McGirt of Holdenville, Jamy Hicks (Waylon Lasley) of the home, and Richard Lowe of Checotah; twelve grandchildren: Jordan Cantu, Horacio Martinez, Marriana Martinez, Xavier Martinez, Shai McGirt, Mia Anderson, Kylie McGirt, Waylon Lasley Jr, Aiden Harjo, Aniyah Harjo, Jace Harjo, and Sharon Lowe; eightteen great-grandchildren: Luke, Conner, Heath, Jordan, Paisley, Giovanni, Mardiela, Caleb, Nehmias, Horacio, Gabriella, Josiah, Eliana, Zayden, Brailee, Elaina, Aniyah and Easton; two sisters, Jimmi Jo Jesse of Yeager and Rosemarie Spottedwolf of Albuquerque NM, and one brother, Richard Larney of Yeager; nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, March 7, 2025, 2:00pm at the Yeager Methodist Church, and Patricia was laid to rest at Wewoka Methodist Church Cemetery in Yeager with Rev. Paul Fixico officiating. Pallbearers were Waylon Lasley Jr, Xavier Martinez, Jace Harjo, Aiden Harjo, Bunny Bo Jesse, Sanders McLemore and Katcv Larney. Honorary pallbearers were Richard Larney, Jordan Cantu, Horacio Martinez, and Waylon Lasley Sr.
