Patricia Rosemary Bell passed away in Lamar, Oklahoma on Monday, September 18, 2023, at the age of 78 years.

Patricia was the daughter of William & Flora (Phillips) Roush, born on November 14, 1944, in Claremore, Oklahoma. She was brought up and attended schools in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania and graduated high school with the Class of 1962. She was married to Dallas Spigelmyer and they made their home in Selinsgrove. Patricia worked as LPN in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. She joined the Army Reserve in 1973, and served in the U.S. Army on active duty from 1975 to 1979. She later married Charles Bell at Ford Ord, California, and lived for four years in Germany. They returned to the states in 1983 and settled in Oklahoma City, where Patricia served full time in the Army National Guard from 1984 until 1992. She was of the Catholic faith and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed sewing and crafting.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William & Flora Roush, and one son, Patrick Bell.

She is survived by three children: Sergeant Major Scott Spigelmyer, ret. (Elizabeth) of Fayetteville NC, Jesse Spigelmyer of Oklahoma City, and Regina Bell of Lawton; three grandchildren: Bruce Spigelmyer, Brandon Barrett, and Jessica Gilkey; one great grandson, Elijah Andre Don Farrell, and two great granddaughters, Pi'i'Nami Melissa Ellen Ohira, and Avery Barrett; other family members and many friends.

Memorial services with military honors were held on Monday, September 25, 2023, 11:00am at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma, with a U.S. Army Chaplain officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimers Foundation of America.
