Mary Mae Hardage passed away in Wewoka, Oklahoma on Sunday, September 9, 2018, at the age of 87 years.
Mary was the daughter of James Vernon Wilson & June Mae (Kinnoman) Wilson, born on January 13, 1931, in Des Moines, Iowa, where she was brought up and attended schools. She was married to Luther Hardage in 1962, in Miami, Oklahoma. She moved to Holdenville in 1974, and worked in various jobs, mostly as a sales clerk. She was a member of the Holdenville Church Of The Nazarene.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James & June Wilson, and her husband, Luther Hardage, on February 26, 1992.
She is survived by her son, George Fong, and grandson Michael George Fong, both of Des Moines IA; three brothers: Dick Wilson of Denver CO, Darrell Wilson, and James Wilson, both of Des Moines; one sister, Darlene Timmins, also of Des Moines; nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, and Mary was laid to rest at Holdenville Cemetery, with Rev. Dane Robinson officiating.
