Kathryn Marie Epley of Sasakwa, Oklahoma passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at the age of 68 years.

Kate was the daughter of Robert & Florence Arvilla (Elliott) Hudson, born on June 10, 1954 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She graduated from Grayling High School in 1972. She married Johnny Epley on December 29, 1972 and they were married 39 years before his passing in 2012. Kate was an avid Bingo player. Saturday nights she could be found dobbing the night away with friends and family. She enjoyed traveling, especially back home to Michigan, and was looking forward to her 50th school reunion. But her greatest joys were her kids and grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Arvilla Hudson, husband Johnny Epley, and son Michael Epley.

She is survived by their children: Johnathon Epley of Sasakwa, Charles & Angel Epley of Konawa, Janessa & Marcus Michalk of Atoka, Jessica Garland & Darrell Allender of Ada, Kelly & Larry Ferrill of Saucier MS, and Terri & Chris McCalip of Okmulgee; twenty-one grandchildren: Brianna Tillman, Camarie Epley, Brynlie Epley, Steven Landry, Micah Michalk, Mathew Michalk, Seth Michalk, Abigail Michalk, Ashton Newton, Jaden Garland, Terry Cummings, Conner Allender, Braylynn Allender, Timothy Ferrill, Chris Ferrill, Savannah Ferrill, Ashley Ferrill, Aden Ferrill, Finley Ferrill, Ryan Fulton, and Paul Fulton; five great grandchildren: Rylan Fulton, Paislee Fulton, Jaxsun Fulton, Kingstun Fulton, and Wade Kennedy; three sisters: Dianne Hudson, Barbara Hull, and Tamera Hudson; favorite brother: Robert Hudson; brother-in-law Perry Epley and sister-in- law Sue Cox; nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Graveside services will be held at a later date.
