On December 21, 2022, Cathy June Justice passed away at the age of 77.

"June" was born June 19, 1945 in Long Beach, CA to Wilbur and Selma Baulch. She was adopted at age 5 by James and Jean Garibaldi of Oklahoma City. June attended Harding High School and later completed courses at Oklahoma State University. She moved to Holdenville with her husband, Ronald Keith Justice in 1977, and was loved by many friends she made while working for the Department of Human Services until her retirement. She loved gardening, crossword puzzles, and cooking for her friends and family, but she will mostly be remembered for her love of laughter and her positive, easy attitude. When describing her life and illness in her final days, she simply said "It's not as hard as it looks".She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ron Justice, sisters Charlotte and Ginger, and her brother Frankie.

She is survived by her sister Billie Elkins, daughter Paige Justice, son Jason Jackson, and grandchildren Garrett, AJ, and Alex.
