Joshua Lyle Gunville-Quach of Earlsboro, Oklahoma passed away in a tragic accident on a construction site in Oklahoma City on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at the age of 34 years.
Joshua is the son of Tuan Mahn Quach & Carol Ann Gunville, born on February 18, 1991, in Oklahoma City, where he was brought up and attended schools. He worked from his youth through all his school years as an auto mechanic in his father's garage "Stanley's Garage" in Oklahoma City. He worked at various occupations over the years at various times, most often for Southwestern Roofing and most recently in home construction. He enjoyed watching Anime and reading Manga, playing video games and having fun with his kids and family. He loved to eat, had to have soy sauce or sriracha on everything, and never gained an ounce of weight. He always had a smile on his face and was always thinking positively, even in hard times. He was always kind and respectful to everyone and was always trying to be helpful. He will be deeply missed.
He is preceded in death by two infant children, Iris Quach and EliasQuach; his mother, Carol Ann Gunville; his brother, Brian Gunville-Quach; maternal grandparents James & Hilly Gunville, and paternal grandparents Ngoc & Lien Quach.
He is survived by three children: Emilia Quach, Mathias Quach, and Jordyn Quach, all of Mustang; his father, Tuan Quach of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Kimberly Quach of Oklahoma City and Hillary Quach of Mustang; one aunt, Katie Gunville of Earlsboro; two uncles, Olie Gunville of Earlsboro and Kevin Gunville (Janelle) of Bowlegs; many other relatives, and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Monday, December 22, 1:00pm at New Hope Fellowship in Cromwell and Joshua was laid to rest at Moses Family Cemetery in Limestone with Rev. Mickey Hill and Mr. Ollie Gunville will officiating. Pallbearers were Russell Gunville, Nicholas Gunville, Julian Ramirez-Gunville, Thomas Kennedy, Jesus Del-Angel, and Ezekial Simental. Honorary pallbearers were: Kevin Gunville, Ollie Gunville, Ruben Simental, Daniel Simental, Chad Douglas, Aaron Hill, Jimmy Birdsong and Thien Jimmy Ho.
