Joseph Boyd 'Joe' Elliott passed away in Oklahoma City on Friday, January 10, 2020, at the age of 55 years.Joe was the son of Robert & Elsiephine (Lowe) Elliott, born on March 6, 1964, in McAlester, Oklahoma. He was brought up in the Talihina area, and graduated Talihina High School with the Class of 1982. He attended Tulsa Welding School. He moved to Holdenville in 1985, and lived most of his adult life back and forth between Holdenville and Oklahoma City. He worked for several years as a lens crafter for various companies, including Sam's Optical. He was a devoted fan of OU football, and loved watching Star Wars, Star Trek, and documentaries.Joe is preceded in death by his father, Robert Elliott, in 1998; his wife, Debbie Shrum Elliott, in 2013.He is survived by five children: Zachary Buck (Amanda) of Elk Grove CA, Pamela Jackson and Hope Elliott, both of Holdenville, Mariah Smith (Curtis) of Moore, and Donald Shrum of Stillwater; 12 grandchildren: Kaylee, Kinslee, Cody, Aliyah, Elisah, Devon, Autumn, Rhyon, Nehemiah, Nokose, Ezrie and Landon; his mother, Elsiephine Elliott, and his sister, Helen Elliott, both of Moore; his girlfriend, Ronda Sirmons of Oklahoma City; aunts and uncles, other family members, and many friends.

Memorial services were Friday, January 17, 2020, 10:00 a.m. at Fisher Funeral Home's Lillye Chapel.
