Jim B. Wingo, 81, passed away in Oklahoma City on Sunday morning, October 27, 2013. A memorial service is planned for a later date.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations of useful items such as food, blankets, and other necessities be made to the Holdenville dog shelter.
