Jerry Dale Caudill passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday, October 5, 2018, at the age of 47 years.

Jerry was the son of Jerry Wayne Caudill & Linda Marie (Treece) Caudill, born on March 9, 1971, in San Bernadino, California. He was brought up and attended schools in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He spent most of his adult life in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and worked as a plumber for 25 years.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wayne Caudill.

He is survived by five sons: Joshua Caudill of Ardmore, Ryan Caudill of Tulsa, Tanner Prestwitch of Duncan, Jon Caudill and Dillon Caudill, both of Tulsa; one daughter, Kiana White of Tulsa; five grandchildren: Cody Jones-Smith, Gentry Caudill, Lily Brady, Jaylee Caudill, and TayVious Keeton; his mother, Linda Ragsdale, of Sand Springs; two brothers, Russell Caudill of Tulsa, and Jimmie Caudill of Sand Springs; one sister Chaleah Lane of Sand Springs; nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 19, 2018, and Jerry was laid to rest at Holdenville Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joshua Caudill, James Cornwell, Randy Pegg, Jim Caudill, Jon Caudill, and Dillon Caudill. Honorary pallbearers were Ronnie Ragsdale and Stephen Lane.
