Fisher Ii
December 4, 1970 – December 2, 2022
Henry Newton Fisher II passed away in Okmulgee, Oklahoma after a long illness on Friday, December 2, 2022, two days before his 52nd birthday.
Henry was the son of Ralph & Clara (Arnold) Fisher, born on December 4, 1970, in Sacramento, California. He was brought up and attended schools in Oregon and Texas, and moved to Oklahoma in 1990. He attended welding school and spent years traveling as a welder and master millwright all over the U.S. He worked setting up machinery for the Coca Cola Company. He was a jack of all trades, with a gifted ability for carpentry, building or repairing anything mechanical, and anything else he set his hand to.
Henry enjoyed traveling and listening to music, mostly classic rock, country/western, and gospel. Some of his favorite things were shooting pool and watching sports. He loved watching sports with his brothers so they could argue about everything, and he loved most fishing with his sons. He attended World Outreach Church in Okmulgee. He was dearly loved and will be missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph & Clara Fisher; two brothers, Ralph Fisher and Michael Fisher, and one sister, Johnnie Sue Fisher Ayers.
He is survived by five sons: Nathan Fisher, Blake Griffin, Evan Fisher, Jake Fisher, and Mason Fisher; one sister, Tommie Mae Centers (Kevin) of Okmulgee; five brothers: Don Fisher of Okmulgee, Earnest Fisher of Oklahoma, Darrell Crow (Melissa) of Okfuskee, Brian Crow (Raamya) of Henryetta, and David Crow (Joy) of Okmulgee; numerous nieces and nephews, other family members, and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Monday, December 12, 2022, 1:00pm at World Outreach Church in Okmulgee and Henry was laid to rest at Tate Mountain Cemetery south of Wewoka, with Pastor John Fisher officiating. Pallbearers were Henry's sons and brothers.
