Galand Ledon Moore passed away in Holdenville on Monday, May 13, 2013, at the age of 38 years.
Galand was the son of Annette Moore and Willie Napolean Sr., born on November 29, 1974, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, where he lived his entire life. He was a graduate of Holdenville High School.
Galand was a talented artist, he loved to paint and sketch. He enjoyed fishing, barbeque and all kinds of cooking.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Lee Moore Jr.
He is survived by two children: daughter Talaziah Moore, and son Kahalil Moore, both of Seminole; his mother, Annette Moore of Seminole; his father and stepmother, Willie Sr. & Linda Napolean of Holdenville; maternal grandmother, Hudalia Moore, of Holdenville, and paternal grandmother Viola Smith of Tulsa; three brothers: Marcus Moore of Shawnee, Willie Napolean Jr. and Donnie Newsom Jr., both of Oklahoma City; four sisters: Chris Welch of Oklahoma City, Cassidy Moore of Birmingham, Alabama, Eve Moore of Seminole, and Michelle Napolean of California; numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, various other relatives, and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church in Holdenville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2013. Galand will be laid to rest at Buckner Cemetery north of Holdenville.
