Gabe is the son of John Paul 'Mose' George & Pauline Joan (Patty) George, born on August 16, 1951, in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He was brought up in the Holdenville area and graduated Holdenville High School with the Class of 1973. He moved to Seattle and traveled to various parts of the country working as a welder. He moved to Dallas in 1975 and worked in maintenance for various apartment complexes in the Dallas area. He married Jacqueline Whitaker November 25, 1989, in Dallas, where they've lived in the same home since their marriage. Gabe was a worker, but he also enjoyed hobbies in his spare time. Some of his favorite things were drinking beer, fishing, and relaxing in the gazebo in his back yard. He enjoyed listening to country music, working in the yard and keeping up with the neighbors as the "neighborhood spy". He loved always being a comedian and making people laugh. He especially loved hanging out with his grandchildren.
