Dustin Shane 'Big Daddy' House passed from this life too soon, in an auto accident north of Sasakwa, Oklahoma, on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at the age of 21 years.
Dustin was the son of Larry Dean House and Dosha LaDawn (Dickinson) House, born on November 14, 1998, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was brought up in the Sasakwa and Wewoka areas, and attended schools in both districts, but did not graduate. This year he returned to Wewoka High School to earn his diploma, and as circumstances did not allow him to complete this school year, he will be awarded an honorary diploma when the Class of 2020 holds graduation ceremonies this coming August.
Dustin worked with his dad in the longtime family business of setting cemetery monuments and markers. He enjoyed listening to all types of music, from old-fashioned country and rock to the modern versions, and most other music genres. He loved to work on cars, and drive too fast. He was much loved, and will be deeply missed.
He is preceded in death by infant twin brothers, Jamie House and Jeremy House; paternal grandparents, Jerry House & Linda Tripp; maternal grandfather, James Dickinson; paternal great grandparents, Wayne & Beatrice Bible.
He is survived by his mother, Dosha House, of the home; his father and stepmother, Larry House and Stacey Willis of Sasakwa; five brothers: his twin, Justin House of Wewoka, Johnny Willis, Levi Willis, Wyatt Willis, and Roxean Willis, all of Sasakwa; two sisters, Brooke House of Holdenville and Anevaeh Willis of Sasakwa; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, including his cousin and best friend, Ryan House of Holdenville, and many other friends.
Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2020, and Dustin was laid to rest at Tate Mountain Cemetery in Wewoka, with Rev. Larry Chesser Sr. officiating. Pallbearers were Levi Willis, Wyatt Willis, Johnny Willis, James Coles, Justin Coles, and Dusty Boiling. Honorary pallbearers were Justin House, Ryan House, and Jayson Smith.
