Dorlyn Marie 'Dora' Foster passed away at her home in Holdenville on Sunday evening, May 27, 2012, at the age of 63 years.
Dora was born on October 16, 1948, in Jackson, Michigan to Mary Tall and Dink Huston. She moved to Oklahoma in 1972 and resided in Oklahoma City until moving in 2005 to Holdenville with her husband, Larry Foster.
Dora worked for many years in the food service industry. She loved jewelry making, crocheting, traveling, and just hanging with her 'Bests', Jean Barbee and Renee Foster.
Dora is survived by her husband of 19 years, Larry Foster; her daughter, Leah Marie Petisca and husband Robbie, of Nederland, Texas, and her son, Larry Don Foster Jr. of Holdenville; her stepdaughter, Shannon Trae Sinor of Wilburton, Oklahoma, her stepson, Mark Foster of Holdenville, and her stepdaughter, Teresa Foster of Stillwater, Oklahoma; three granddaughters: Amberly Petisca and Halee Petisca, both of Nederland, Texas, and Harlea Foster of Holdenville; five step grandsons: Matthew Foster and Porter Oliver, both of Shawnee, Jordan Dehart, Christian Dehart, and Cameron Dehart, all of Wilburton, Oklahoma, and one step granddaughter, Rylee Sinor, also of Wilburton; three sisters: Rose Ann Bynum of Dallas, Texas, Frances Elizabeth Blass of Denison, Texas, and Maria Agnes Molandes of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Melvin Molandes Jr. of Forth Worth, Texas and Michael Molandes of Dallas, Texas; numerous other relatives, and many friends.
Graveside services will be held in Non, Oklahoma and Dora will be laid to rest in the Non Cemetery on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, 11:00 a.m. Chaplain Jason Chambers will be the officiating minister.
