Danny Allen Wimberly Jr. passed away at his home in Cromwell, Oklahoma on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at the age of 50 years.
Danny was the son of Danny Allen Wimberly Sr. & Eva (Fromm) Wimberly, born on April 7, 1968, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was brought up a "military brat", following his father's military service and living in various states including Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Indiana, and also in Germany, where he graduated Kaiserslautern American High School. He returned to the States and settled in Oklahoma City, his home since 1988.
Danny worked most of his life in lawn service and as a handyman. He was a talented artist and loved to draw. He loved to fish, and he had an intense liking for the taste of Dr. Pepper.
He is preceded in death by both his maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by three children: Joshua Falzon, Bradon Falzon, and Tabitha Falzon, all of Oklahoma City; his parents, Danny & Eva Wimberly of Cromwell; his sister, Lorri Lynch of Oklahoma City; brother-in-law Ronald Lynch of Oklahoma City; three nieces: Kaila Lynch, Kiaya Lynch, and Kiarra Lynch, and one nephew, Kalias Lynch, all of Oklahoma City; one uncle, Bob Fromm of Oklahoma City; the mother of his children, Amanda Falzon of Oklahoma City; various other relatives, and many friends.
Graveside services were held and Danny was laid to rest at Little Cemetery, Little, Oklahoma, 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019, with Rev. Bill Chesser officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Danny Wimberly Sr. Kalias Lynch, and Bob Fromm.
