Clint Carpitcher Sr. passed away at his home in Shawnee, Oklahoma on Thursday, October 8, 2015, at the age of 38 years.

Clint was the son of Roy & Barbara (Foster) Carpitcher, born on August 13, 1977, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was brought up, attended schools, and lived his entire life in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He grew up attending the Sand Creek Eufaula Baptist Church in Wewoka, and later attended Faith Believers in Sparks, Oklahoma. He worked for the past eighteen years as a professional mover for Ace Transfer & Storage in Shawnee.

Clint married Nancy Coon on August 13, 2013, in Shawnee. He enjoyed cooking and beadwork, and he loved spending time with his family. He was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Carpitcher.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy, of the home; four children: Deanne Hines, Cheyenne Carpitcher, Cassandra Carpitcher, and Clint Carpitcher Jr., all of Shawnee; two stepchildren, Billy Tucker and Satchel Tucker; his father, Roy Carpitcher of Shawnee; two sisters, Lenora Tiger (Bennie) of Wewoka, and Victoria Castaneda (Daniel) of Shawnee; his aunt Lela Jackson of Oklahoma City; six nieces and nephews; various other family members, and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Monday, October 12, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Sand Creek Eufaula Baptist Church in Wewoka, and Clint was laid to rest in the Tiger Family Cemetery. Rev. Houston Tiger, Rev. Ron Walker, and Rev. Jimsey Harjo were the officiating ministers. Pallbearers were Benji Coon, Wallace Coon Jr., Scott LaPlant, Lewis Carpitcher Jr., Billy Tucker, and Pablo Gonzales. Honorary pallbearers were Satchel Tucker, Simon Coon, Daniel Castaneda, Bennie Tiger Sr., Bennie Tiger Jr., and George Tiger.
