Brook Ann Foxen was born at Holdenville General Hospital in Holdenville, Oklahoma on September 17, 1985, the daughter of John & Pam (Medlock) Foxen.

Brook was a Holdenville girl all her life. She attended Holdenville schools from Kindergarten till her graduation from HHS in 2005. Family was the most important thing to Brook so spending time with them was most important.

Brook loved to play games and was a fierce competitor. Her beautiful smile and laugh would instantly light up the room.

Brook's love of her life was her son, Ethan. She loved watching him play sports and helping him with his homework. Being a mom was the joy of her life and her greatest accomplishment.

Brook passed from this life too soon on Saturday morning, June 1, 2013, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. She was 27 years old. She has left an empty space in our hearts, and she will be missed.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Wilma Medlock, and paternal grandmother, Delores Foxen; her uncle, Jerry Medlock Sr.

She is survived by her son whom she adored, Ethan Addington, of the home; her parents, John & Pam Foxen of Holdenville; her maternal grandfather, Herman Medlock of Holdenville, and paternal grandfather, Frank Foxen of Cassville, Missouri; her brother, Chuck Foxen of Tulsa and three sisters: Kelly Davenport and husband Chris of Tulsa, Misty Blanks and husband Michael of Reno, Nevada, and Jessica Foxen of Lamar, Oklahoma; three nieces and one nephew: Desha Love, Shayla Love, Taylor Davenport, and Cohen Davenport; three aunts: Teresa Stirman and husband John of Holdenville, Joyce Carter and husband Ted of Cassville, Missouri, Patty Hall and husband Don of Grand Junction, Arizona; two uncles, Jerry Medlock Jr. and wife Beth of Coalgate, Oklahoma, and Tim Medlock of Lamar, Oklahoma; other family members, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, June 5, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at the East Main Church of Christ in Holdenville, and Brook will be laid to rest in the Holdenville Cemetery. Jonathan Crowell is the officiating minister. Pallbearers are Chuck Foxen, Chris Davenport, Tim Medlock, Jerry Medlock Jr., Kane Tackett and Victor Sanchez. Honorary pallbearers are Jaran Collis, Randy Birckel, Rod Birckel, John Stirman, Joe Stafford, Lucas Stafford, and Dakota Weaver.
