Bobby is the son of Harlton Ray Beck & Virginia (Boyd) Beck, born on September 23, 1966 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He was brought up and attended schools in Calvin, graduating Calvin High School with the Class of 1984. He attended Gordon Cooper Technology Center in Shawnee and became a machinist. He married Chandra Kay Persinger on September 19, 2001, in Van Buren, Arkansas. He worked various jobs in the oil field for most of his life, and was owner/operator of Beck's Pumping along with his dad for more than twenty years. With his machinist skills he worked with a lathe at home to make all kinds of tools and utensils for both business and family use. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, hunting arrowheads, doing mechanic work, loved working with his hands. He was a perfectionist, he could tear anything down and build it back better.
